Is there any application that allows you to access and centralize all games from all game delivery programs that one's a member off. Something that follows the same principle of Trillian for instant messagging. A software where you can add your Steam, Origin, Uplay, etc login details, and it automatically sorts through all games owned in any of those services?

you can add non-steam games to steam and desura

any single software to deal with all of it is pure utopia
