I installed the new dash update on my retail box flashed with lt3 and backups are still working just fine as far as I can tell. Is there any reports of any issues with anyones drives due to this update or is there still another update on the horizon this month?

Quick question:
I want to flash my 360.
Do I need tools to get the lt+ 3 (or whatever they call it) on my drive, or can i do it without using any extra tools/hardware?
My 360 dvd is the liteon (DG-16D2S).
If I need tools, will the "X360USB PRO V2 Kit" be all I need, or something more?

it depends if you have your drive key you can flash it with jungleflasher and via sata card
if you don't have your key you need probe3 cable buy it or you can build it yourself

but if you in the end find it more troublesome than it's worth like I did, then i can recommend this site: http://modnet.no/
Was using it when i didn't have Jtag and didn't have any problem with them whatsoever.

So in other words, I need the X360USB pro v2 and the probe3 to do it as easy as possible.
There is also a guy livin ~1hr from me who does this job (flash lt+ 3 onto any drives) for 450kr.
Buying tools+shipping is 750kr, but if I buy tools, I can update whenever new updates gets released, and help other people do it to their sexboxes for profit..
Next problem.. What shop ships this stuff to Norway? ModNet.no is sold out. shop.01media.com seems to be my best alternative.. Any other suggestions?

This new tool Enables more drives to burn the xbox 360 discs with the correct amount of capacity no more truncating , download the app and INSERT blank DVD+R DL disc then click on Burnermax,
if your burner is supported it will say burnermax enabled.

I am not sure if you heared about this Burnermax V 0.15 it will let you burn xgd3 games 100% on many different burners.. try it and see if it works for your burner.

-Use this in order to burn games. It is compatible with many burners now and you might not have to purchase an iHAS drive... http://forums.360mods.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=34
-I would suggest updating to the latest dash before updating to LT+ 3.0. Then the only thing you will be prompted for in some games is a title update which is perfectly fine. |

you need to burn them again yes. first run them trough abgx , and make sure you use burnermax to enable max size on disc

I've been doing my research about the DVD burners.
So, let me see if I got it right .. with BurnerMAX any liteon iHas driver is now able to burn xdg3 backups, right?
It means that I can buy just any liteon iHas drive without having to worry if it is a B,C,D version, right?
Well, if it is really like that it will be easy to buy one of them here in Norway.

I believe that, and I could be completely wrong here as I haven't had to properly flash a drive in a few years, all you'll need to do is flash the drive with the newest firmware (LT Ultimate? LT+ 3.0?).
Or, you could get with the program and just RGH that bitch.
