so i just watched the derptrailers most anticipated games of 2013.
and i saw watch_dogs. Um... it doesn't look as good as it did then.  It was lookin' epic then. I guess the hype got me when it was announced. It doesn't look as epic. It's like it aged badly in 8 months.

Rewatched that trailer and it don't look as impresive now.
Guess Sleeping Dogs pc made it for me

well yeah and we were all impressed by the e3 presentation. but now looking back at it... it doesn't look at all that impressive. still gonna try it. ubi.mo is awesome.

ubi.mo has done some great games in the past. so game quality will be decent. story wise... not so much

I think the biggest question (as always happens these days) is, how much of that stuff is scripted?  Honestly it looked like one of those semi-interactive show-reels where you're just a puppet with barely no influence over the world. (aka nextgen cinematic experience  ). We'll see! |
