Im sure there will come cracks for that but unless you use a hacked character there is no use. The easiest mobs start at level 40. Which means you need to be a minimum of 35~. If you have good equipment that is.

The statue goes to a ranger at the siege of Moonbrook. He is on the ground floor in a room. This is at the end of Act I.
Never had Deru in my group so cant answer that 
As far as i understand there are only four mushroom circles. That's not a whole lot of backtracking to be honest. At least not if you compare to the Restless Spirits quest

You have to either resurrect (nature magic spell) them or get both of your other characters killed and then talk to the necromancer by the portal to get resurrected. Or if you choose the second method you can run back and revive at the spot where you died (without losing 25% gold as you do with the necromancer)

A question of my own then 
Does anyone know how to gain entrance to the doors in the Vai'kesh region? The ones where you get a dialogue when you try to open them. Something like "Who is it?" - "A friend." - "You are not the one, be gone."

Can somebody help me plz.Im stucked at the "act 1 chapter 6, <Locate the Kithraya caverns>.
Im at the upper caverns and when im trying to swich that elevator it said: "You need party member "Fanala" to repare this machine" or something like that.Where is Finala???Or is it even necessary fix that?

Hehe yeah that mysterious set is a real nut. I have the medallion but no clue what to do with it.
The ghost you're looking for is below the town, just keep playing the primary quests, you will understand when you get there, dont want to spoil it for you. All i can say is if you dont know how to get under the city yet, then just keep playing and forget about the ghost for now. When you're down there you're about to get a giant (nudge nudge) suprise.

FINALLY! I can log in again! (what's with the theme_id[1] error I was getting?)
Anyway, Been playing since RLD brought us this gem of a game, and I gotta say it's just the best thing ever! I'm nearing the end of Act 2 (been doing sidequests like a mofo) after the 2nd big boss.
Anyone find it awesome that the game is almost completely different based on who you have in your party? Not just unique character quests (clearing Lothar's name, the Amren mushrooms), but even the small interactions like when you enter towns or something. Lothar and Finala seem to be getting pretty hot n heavy lol...but it's something you wouldn't see if you had say Amren and Sartan, but those two could have there own thing going. It's amazing how much detail there is like that.
The Vai'Kesh forest was amazing. The "enchanted forest" portion was looking amazing, then before you realise it, it starts decaying as you get closer to the Vai'Kesh until it nothing but a festering, dead forest with pits of green gas oozing everywhere....it was gorgeous! I don't think I've played an RPG that captured such a fantastic setting as this does. The music too...such ambience!
I would have to say my favorite is the Whirlwind power my Lothar has. I was surrounded by 6 or 7 Vai'Kesh and hit the button...this cloud of blood nearly filled the screen as the sounds of exploding corpses filled my ears, then when I thought it was over, I start seeing little pieces of Via'Kesh raining down on my team with the appropriately wet thuds. Wish I had a screenshot of it, though I'm sure many of you have has similar experiences!

Nah i dont think there is any change in the difficulty. It's just a fairly easy game.
I played solo once in DS1 and liked it but i hate having to ditch equipment just cause you cant use it. For me DS2 is alot about items, at least now since i completed it. Love to see new fat armor and so on

I'd agree. After the first 1-2 hours of Act I, there really hasn't been anything which posed a threat. Other than mimics of course, which are harder than any boss so far, and even they can't knock anyone unconcious anymore. I'm even trying to make the game harder (no shield warrior, very little power usage) and it's not working.
It's still a lot of fun though, for the items and general gameplay. I think I'd get bored really fast if I didn't have 1 of each class though.

Aye, the game is hardly worth mentioning challenge-wise. But as far as decent story, nice items, sweet graphics and fun gameplay goes it is a high ranking game for me.

People are saying this works perfectly now. If it doesn't work for you check the Hamachi IPs of the people trying to play together. I'm pretty sure you will all need to be on 5.3.x.x rather than some on 5.2.x.x and some on 5.3.x.x. This means reinstalling Hamachi for the people on 5.2.x.x but a word of warning: a friend of mine who did this is unable to reinstall the program even after completely cleaning up his registry.
Edit: Javlar, when you restarted on Veteran and picked up Lothar, how were his points spent? Same as you left him at the end of the first run, or reverted to some default L40-ish setting?

Anyone have an odd odd "bug" or something, where the mouse cursor kinda flickers?
Its not really annoying, nor disturbing, but still, just wondering if anyone else got this, i figured it was an AA issue, but nopes. Flickers when running in a window also.
Any command line to use hardware cursors instead or vice versa? thx!

Hit the eye things on the side, they shoot a beam out make sure valdis
is in front of the beam weapons keep this up... cutscene then do the same

completed it , and well it was one of the BEST hack n slash games i have ever played... the graphics the further u get
into the game are incredible from lush tree's to flowing lava. Music for this type of game is top notce, the cutscenes are of top quality the further you get into the game aswell.The amount of work they put into the shields and swords is astounding, each one looked slightly different and some come with there own kits!
The playing time in this game is too fucking long, i feel like shit
headache eyes hurting, its that addictive im glad i finished it now
and unlike other games the end was worth waiting for my mouth
was open in amazement Very Happy
Granted it had some flaws, i didnt have any game stopping bugs
many others did, maybe cause i was using win2k Wink . There was times when in a heat of the battle id hit the character to talk instead of the enemy to fight. Some areas i couldnt reach according to the ai direction but if i clicked closer to him i could reach it.
I wish on the map i could zoom out further, or zoom out further
in the action maybe thats to keep frame rates down not sure
but out of all the action i rate this game 9/10.
For me just like DS1 its a hell of a gaming experience
