Seems kinda bad as you can set the points to anything and you get the points back + 5%*points*entered.

Were those copies of ARMA in form of keys (dunno if they have steam keys at all ?!) or tradable steam items ??
EDIT: yeah they have Steam versions @ Bohemia store
