As I said it should just be a yes / no options.
With one option for leave it as it is, and three for no change it, the votes are skewed.
As the rules stand Spawhawk as done nothing against the rules so its largly irrelevant, I just hate seeing polls that are (weather done knowingly or not) skewed towards one outcome, its something governments and the press do when they want a certain answer.

Hmh, didn't find any mention on hump about this: http://www.galagiveaways.com/
Seems kinda bad as you can set the points to anything and you get the points back + 5%*points*entered.
For exaple there is Points: 140,000 for CIV5 now and you get 100 points for 100$ worth of games you own on steam. So price of that game is 1400$....
edit: Yes, creating a new giveaway requires you to deposit an amount equal to the entry fee. So if you put up a GA that costs 5000 points to join, you have to have at least 5000 points.
So guys, be quick about it and con everyone's points away untill they get how the site works. Other than that it's like steamgifts. Winning odds are great at the moment, but points required migt be stupid high.
registered: Your GW points [154,302], so making a 150,000 giveaway could net me 300,000 points if 20 entered (on CIV5 there was like 23 ).
