It added following .bik files so i guess another dlc
fe_dlcselection_loop_dlc_1.bik
nis_cny_1_intro_montage.bik
nis_cny_0_title.bik
fe_main_menu_loop_dlc_2.bik
Guess it will be selectable as Nightmare in North Point DLC.

Quick question about DLCs with original game.
I've seen a couple of posts about enabling DLCs with an original copy of the game thru lumaemu.
Decided to buy the game during steam sales and have been able to enable DLCs by copying most of the luma package files (DLC files, luma, steamapi, steamappid, steamclient, valveapi). But it does not connect anymore to the socialhub.
So, question: is there a way to enable DLC with the original game while maintaining social hub (maybe I don't need to copy ALL those files) or it is only one or the other?
Thanks!

You need to buy them if you want the social hub.

I am a bit late for sleeping dogs but wanted to try it out before the year ends. Downloaded the skidrow releases + skidrow 1.8 update. The game doesn't even start when i start HKShip or after the Launcher. Any ideas?

Does the Iso version have all the DLC or does it not work? I just finished the game and do not want to pay for all the 100 dlc's, so with 1.08 does it enable all the dlc?

skidrow update 1.8 has most DLCs but they aren't enable with their crack. there is p2p crack for 1.9 that enables all DLCs, including zombies one.

Finally got it running. Is this game all about fighting? Or is it optional in the later game?
In 25 years of gaming I always hated those stupid button pressing fighting games...

That's pretty much teh core of the game. You could as well complain about all the shooting in GTA.

Comparing Sleeping Dogs' combat system to a fighting game
I can understand not liking fighting games, but this is like saying: I don't like GTA, because I don't like racing simulators.

I can understand not liking the game, but his reasoning behind it doesn't make sense.
He's also asking:
Quote: | Is this game all about fighting? Or is it optional in the later game? |
The answer to BOTH questions should be: NO.

I took it out on a mission..came back dropped it in the apartment, but now it's gone. How can I get it back? is it somewhere else?

Maybe equipping the lightning armor that the sword is associated with will bring it back as part of the outfit preset, I am unsure how those weapons work though and it seems a bit random.
(The Deus Ex assault rifle is still available but the silenced silver-baller pistols have been missing for a while now.)
Quitting to the menu and reloading or maybe fast traveling via taxi to another apartment perhaps resets them as well thus bringing back any such items?
(If nothing else the other apartments might have spares.)
