The situation is this: A sponsor send, through paypal, to my clan some money (330$) to pay the tickets for a Lan Party (BF3 Tournament) and wear some tshirts with there sponsorship.
For some reason the lan party website mistyping our clan name and the sponsor thought that we never attend to the lan.
The problem: The sponsor open a dispute in paypal saying: ''.... has opened a dispute over the payment made to you on Dec 10, 2012 indicating that they never received the item.'' and ''Did not received the proof that they performed the activity told.''
i answer ''Hello, The money sent was to sponsor us to play with the (SPONSOR NAME) name on a tournament. We did our part and we played with the (SPONSOR NAME), but unfortunately the company that hosted the tournament made a mistake and
we are trying to fix that mistake asap. We ask for Mr. ... to please wait as we try to fix this.
Best regards, ...''
We already have contact the lan party to change the Clan name, but we dont know if its possible.
We have as proof some pictures and the official picture on our 3rd place in BF3 tournament (with the shirts with the sponsorship) and some in game print screens with sponsor tag.
The solution: if the website wont change the clan name, is it possible to win this situation? Does paypal care about the proofs?
What do i have to say to paypal to help me out?
