Unfortunately most people still think the only lie Hammerpoint told was the steam page description. It is almost like they are using that to grab all the attention while the real problem remains in the dark (by dark I mean not mentioned in any professional media). This entire game is a scam, servers not having more than 100 players or missing features are barely an issue here. Lots of games are released unfinshed, this is an entire different kind of issue.

This is still not a real apology: People did not feel mislead, they were mislead. Pathological liars do this constantly, their entire brain is wired to lay blame elsewhere when caught.
There were no inconsistencies either in my opinion, but in stead ways to make the game look better to increase sales. Although that is common practice nowadays, at least be more subtle

So first they make a fake apology to all the people they've scammed so far, while at the same time making sure they don't have to refund anyone they scam in the future.
But, then again, if anyone buys this game now after all this drama, they deserve to get scammed.

its done by the same guys, just under different names, he is seeing that the money shop bullshit revive etc has killed his game. he is cashing in on another one time buy game then free after that possibility here
Doesn't matter tho, the foundation of the crack is there already. So once it will get released (if ever), it will be so much easier to get those updated files cracked

This has been a great couple of days, and so much drama! I've had many discussions about this, and there are so really weird people out there. Those who bought the game and defends it no matter what, and always respond with insults when they cannot come up with anything. I think many are afraid to admit they have been fooled.
Then there are those who maybe not are very familiar, or dislike Internet culture, and want to be more serious and "critical". Not wating to blame the developers and blow it out of proposition. Well I kinda understand that it should be handled more mature, but fuck me, this is the only way to get any attention. And I actually think they deserve all the abuse they possible can get.
This is biggest and most BLANTANT scam we have witnessed, at least that I can think of atm. There is no way they should get away with it, and there is no way we should accept it. The facts are overwhelming. Fighting fire with fire, because they deserve it, and its a lot more fun.
I played it, but quickly got bored. The game is not that bad. For 15 bucks i have played worse games on Steam like Towns or Cortex Command, which is much more broken games that War Z.
People complain about in game store, where you can buy alot of useless shite like melee weapons and food. So what? If they really wanted to be assholes, they would include all fire arms in that store.
Overall the game is okayish, but nothing close to a scam or fraud as many people loosely throw around. If it was, there would not be hundreds of active servers they have online for the game.
