Tried overvolting the gpu? It works for me.

New Patch is now live and downloading on Steam. Some notes (not all?)
 Spoiler: | - Added option to lower or disable Bloom effect
- 'Change Cover' action can now be mapped on a separate key.
- Country leaderboards are now in the correct language
- Weapon selector doesn't appear when point shooting anymore
- Pausing game doesn't skip cutscenes anymore
- Slightly improved general performance
- Performance improvements for MSAA and HBAO
- Fixed King of Chinatown behavior
- Disabled use of all DirectInput devices (as they are unsupported)
- The disguise parameters on ‘Professional’ difficulties have been tweaked.
- Difficulty adjustments
- Displayed high scores are now selected from all difficulty levels.
- Fix for negative scores
- Fixed disappearing user interface on AMD HD 3650

They detected you immediately if you didn't use instinct from what I remember so there's probably a bit more delay now (Just as the config tweak used earlier did.) but I haven't tested it much.
(Also since the exe changed the injector will likely need to be updated again.)

Will try the disguises this evening, although I don't expect any miracle.

Now seriously, I've re-played a mission before (Hard) and honestly, the "disguise-detection" level is still insanely high, meaning that you still have to use the hated instinct to stay undetected..

12.45GB IDIOTS!!! they still cant figure out how to package just the updated files.. boys over at cs site have it down to a science. Alot easier to grab a few hundred MB rather then whole game again...

works fine , shitrow can't crack shit , not only they crack needs STEAM INSTALLED to work properly when they added STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS but they can\t rip updates |

yep, did it twice for hitman already. takes a while, but lot less then it takes to download 12gb for me.
