I doubt it. It was exactly the same with the last DLC. With this game you know there is a new DLC whenever it starts downloading loads of stuff, no matter if you have bought it or not
To a degree at least, Battlefield 3 downloads all the shared data so you can play with people whom have the DLC content but it doesn't download the maps and some other stuff.
(Although the 2 GB download or so for every update is still rather hefty.)
Wonder if they stole my exe like they did with Hitman Absolution
Since I missed that event, are you saying that you cracked the .exe and then Skidrow stole it and packed it as their own?
nope exe isnt even cracked in skidrow release they emulates ceg using that buddha.dll
- CEG makes different exe for every steam user and the one in skidrow crack is same as demde's dont know why they didnt use their own

Probably there's something in the exe that can be traced back to owner's account.
Ok, so apparently the Zodiac Tournament Island was added in this last update. It's located more or less to the Northeast of Central. So I put on my japanese (or is it german?) tourist clothes and snatched a boat in the piers and headed towards the island but at some point the boat couldn't progress further and turned around by itself so I decided to give it a swim
Made it to the beach and I have to say, nice textures there!. Managed to roam around and blatantly ignoring the "no trespassing" signs went ahead and found some kind of bloody arena, then a bit later managed to go up the hills following a road and reached the temple that was visible when swimming towards the island. There was some sort of indoor death trap arena as you can see in the pics, I wonder if that's for the final match
Finally followed a really beautiful wooden bridge by a waterfall and that lead to a second temple with an outdoor arena this time. After that I decided to jump over the fence and died
And that was it for my little tour of reconnaissance of the fighting premises before taking part in the tournament. Hopefully the DLC gets released just in time for the weekend
Yeah the DLC (Based on the movie files at least.) seems to consist mostly of a variety of tournament fights following in story and style seen in some those older martial arts movies, actually I think the original music that could be heard in the prototype video is from one of the Bruce Lee movies but I'm not 100% sure about this.
(I'm also fairly sure that the Chinese New Year prototype movie music is from Police School or Police Academy or what the name of those six movies were, it's something like that.)
EDIT: Edited the post a bit, it's a bit more clear now.

Nice! So it seems then that all the content is there, and we're only missing the most important part, the gameplay (or its unlocked state more precisely)! Come on Square Enix, release nau!
I was so disappointed with the zombie nightmare DLC stuff. The quality was way down below the original game.
I will probably skip the zodiac tournament one, or at least wait for some firstlooks.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
Starring Wei Shen, the Zodiac Tournament invites you to become the dragon and unleash your fists of fury! You must utilize all of your best moves as well as some new ones, to defeat the island’s hidden big boss as Wei enters this deadly game of death. New fighting styles, new combatants and new collectibles are also included in this retro gameplay add-on.
Heh, quite a number of references in just that one description.
(Also this explains what that .dat file which downloaded this morning was.)
