I have a friend of mine who was a real funny guy, really bad mouthed, had his own business, etc, didnt believe any bs.
Somehow he got into amway and now hes like super polite, super positive and talks and behaves like a fucking rapist talks to its victims.
Holy fuck, the wonders of marketing and false promises.
Monday im gonna investigate one of the guys who says he "got rich in amway" here, gonna check his tax declarations, activites, history and payroll etc. lets see how real this bs is and maybe revive my old friend. 
What the hell is this scheme anyways? Any of you know of it? it suddenly blew up in popularity here. Must be the fucking tax reform situation that made them get active here. Desperate souls in need

Its a pyramid scheme just like Herbalife and all the other shit out there. Nobody makes money except the ones at the very top

People in the US are finally getting wise about Amway's pyramid scheme, so I guess they are spreading to other countries.
They operate like a cult. Don't watch TV, there might be dissenting opinions there. Don't listen to outsiders, they will try to feed lies to you about Amway. Etc.
They always boast about success figures, but looking even slightly into it seem to yield the same result every time: they are full of shit. They set arbitrary criteria to determine who counts towards their figures (i.e. only those who actually make money instead of losing it, like the vast majority).
Sure, there might be a handful of people who can make a living with it, but under them, there are dozens/hundreds of other people who don't.
Don't just look at the "poster-boy's" financial records. Look at the people who are under him in the pyramid. Those people are a million times more representative of the average Amway cultist than the very few people on top.

All piramids are the same shit, but im amazed, ive never seen one turn someone around so hard, but now i saw another phase the "ur an employee, ur life is shit, i have my own bussiness at amway" phase
