Bruce Wayne is alone normally and when he goes out it's usually on official occasions at daytime while Batman is active at night.
But Clark Kent always missing Superman at the last moment since he needs to make a phone call/go to the toilet/wash his cloths/... is suspicious, especially since following sensations like Superman should be his daily work.

I'll accept well-rounded characters and a story. Sadly, Snyder excels at neither of these.

It could have been a nice trailer if they hadn't used the instantly recognisable score from Lord Of The Rings.

one thing for sure snyder is stepping out of his comfort zone. this could be a surprise.

no. he's honest and truthful. if they call superman to the stand he'll show up. if they arrest him he'll abide by the rules. he could easily break free and become a hunted hero and he doesn't want that. he can kill petty fragile human scum... that's why he protects them.

I personally think superman is one of the most boring superhero characters ever and that the shiny rock effect was brought up just to create some kind of story (who would like to watch an invincible hero for two hours?), but that's just my opinion.
