How do you change the weapons which are assigned to the slots 1-4 ? In the menu there is no access to neither on the keyboard, as it seems...

you can change the equipped weapons at every store or automated gun locker. select a weapon and click equip, then you can choose which weapon slot to use.
Oh Far Cry really hates me today. My character got a nice bug featuring a second bow and MP5 pointing out from his stomach.
Whenever I look down or even in some cutscenes,I can see them and the shadow they cast
And I can't get rid of it.

Sadly it's true : i can make short work of 10 armed pirates attacking me, but two tigers at the same time means certain death. And i didn't encounter bears yet, i'll probably need a rocket launcher to deal with them.

I'm totally hooked on this game It feels like Ubi pulled an Assassin's Creed 2, you know fix all the annoying bits from the previous game. This is what FC2 should have been

I saw two turtles! Wanted to make a photo from them with DXTory but apparently F11 loads the latest save....of course the two were gone when I arrived again, fuck

Wait till you have to kill bears with pistols or machetes. =D I absolutely loved the hunting in this game.
Played the game for most of the day, and I fucking love it so far, lot of shits to do, I'm playing mostly with Bow and takedowns, keeping an Ak47 just in case shit gets real
heh after going for stealthy non-detection playthroughs in both ac3 and hitman absolution one after the other, i grew a bit tired of sneaking around in fc3 and am simply tearing everything doing, burning shit, going for absolute chaos

I had to kill the poor things, just to get the info on them in handbook... and see if they have anything usable
Apparently you can sell the shells, can't use them for crafting. Which is good, I felt like monster bashing those turtles with my machete
And those tigers are indeed badass. I was scouting an outpost from a hilltop further away, looking for ways to get it undetected. Suddenly, a single wild tiger runs in, kills every militia in there, including a sniper on a roof. Luckily I managed to get my sniper rifle out in time and kill the last guy before that killing machine got to him...

I use a silenced M700 for long range kills, a silenced M14 for versatility, the bow for the lulz and the lever action shotty when shit gets real at close range.
I'll probably have a second playthrough with a total mayhem approach : LMG, grenade launcher, flamethrower and shotguns.
