Use the map to see the designated areas for different species. Or craft a hunting syringe and drive around the landscape till you see the outlines of a goat.

On cddiski.ru support page they say that the game is Russian only!
Any instructions? |

Says its in english too
Or you have another version?

that would be pretty clever. every time you fire a weapon, it spawns a tiger behind you

After playing 11 hours realized you need to add game serial from STEAM twice. First to Uplay to tie the game to ubi account and the second time in game 'Options --> Exclusive Content' to unlock deluxe edition content
Also was surprised wth amount of caves, tiny black pixels on fully zoomed in map are caves entrances Spend a lot of time running in circles in a lot of places trying to find loot chests / relics while they were just under in cave beneath

Too bad i can't just start the campaign in offline mode. I bought the digital deluxe version and i need a connection to activate the deluxe content :/

Thanks for that. I tried disabling motion blur and FXAA before, but it wasn't working, since I didn't realise you need to add those parameters into a separate <post> node.
Gonna test it later today
Edit:
If I am reading this correctly, you are changing the parameters of the UltraHigh preset for PostFX, right? |
Yes, I have to match the ID with what I'm using in-game for it to take effect.
(Off, Low, Medium, High, VeryHigh, UltraHigh, PS3, Xenon - I think that's all of them, some only go from Low to High, others go to UltraHigh, most have Xenon and PS3 sections though you'd never really use those.)
About halfway through the campaign now, you always feel rushed to do the next mission as the little announcement screen keeps reminding / nagging you.
(Also that was a really fun diversion, btw PrintScreen disables the HUD on the images - puts them in the same folder as the config file - I found out about it via a post on Guru3D but the quality is a bit worse than my own conversions and I still move around way too much so there's "some" blur.)
(And that first image is a completely failed attempt at capturing the scene where the pimp complains and then slaps the girl and takes her money, she also goes "suki suki fuki fuki dollah" or at least during a certain missions she said something like that to a passerby, it's not subtitled just like the rest of the NPC banter unfortunately.)

The last time anything like that caused problems, Ubi offered a free game of your choice from their shop. I think last time you could have HAWX (which was not cracked at that time), PoP 2008 and some other games.

Nope, it's also not a big hit on performance. Post processing effects tend to be just minor stuff mostly meant to hide the ugly on consoles (FXAA/MLAA for example).

I think his got the most, work yeah. First game since HL2 (well, first non-Valve game since HL2) that I can think of right now that actually gives a shit about facial animations. And that for a game with such a cheesy story and everything

I've done 32/38 missions, story is almost done, and I have to say there have been some nice moments.
From spoiled rich kid with a douchey haircut who uses too much hair products, to hunter, soldier, slayer of pirates and torturer.
Not bad.
"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.
Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

Going by the config file the post-process option controls the following things.
General post-process quality ( PostFXLevel )
FXAA (UltraHigh uses a higher quality as it has a value of 2 here.)
SSAO
SSAO distance
Depth of field
Cinematic depth of field
Motion blur
DepthDownsample (Used on low, medium and PS3 and Xenon, lower resolution depth buffer maybe. )
And cloud shadows. (Only enabled on ultra, must be very demanding, going by other games with this option at least.)

Oh right
Well, make that two then! Still doesn't weigh up to the countless titles where eyes and jaws move just because they can. Or the ones where proper animations would've at least made the game bearable, but without it feel completely lifeless (Mafia 2)
