same here man.
I have tried overwriting the language files with the ones downloaded (renamed them to the same) but then the audio is gone, so maybe it is a corrupt file? I have no idea.

Would this also include the US uplay? Meaning, if I got a key from a site, could I input that into Uplay and get the gave activated? Or do you think it wouldn't "activate" until the 4th?

Yeah i saw those and wondered wtf. So why the hell didn't they get them when making other files available? Dammit anyways!

For the ones that have the game on the Ubisoft shop, they receive their key on the respective date for their region. If you've activated the game there and are in the US, the key will appear on the 4th. I don't know how the situation is in other stores. Maybe you could use a VPN to unlock the game earlier if you've purchased it through Steam, for instance.

I deleted those files and got subtitles in game to English but still no audio. In the options it says audio is English as well as subtitles.

The english audio replacement file is like150 bytes. Seems like a dummy file just to get the game running.

Copy all the files from under the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\patch" folder to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher". Reapply cracked files and try again. This fixed it for me.

1.Installed far cry
2. Copy'ed "essentials" files to ubisoft game launcher
3. Copy'ed files from cache/patch to Ubisoft game launcher folder and reaplly'ed crack
4. i click on farcry3_d3d11
5. Log in to Uplay
HEEELP!

The Menu is in English but when I go to audio or subtitles its in Russian and the first cut scene is in Russian.
