I'm sorry guys, I really am, I tried so hard to get into The GoW games, I played the collection on PS3 last year or whatever, GoW1 is so bad I couldn't sit through it. Is it ok if I jump straight into GoW3? Need something modern, can't take the old clunky heap that the old games are. Sorry!
If you only played GoW1, you could try GoW2 as that plays a bit more better/modern. The reason I'm saying that is because GoW3 starts right where GoW2 ends.
If not, read a wiki to catch up on the story, otherwise you'll miss out on that aspect in GoW3.

I don't see how 3 is any better than 1, if you didn't like 1. Graphics are better, but that's about it. Combo `um up.

God that multiplayer looks bad. But SP looks great. Amazing how much they've extracted from the PS3's hardware... didnt think i'd see another GoW this gen.

back in 2010 when gow 3 came they made a on stage interview with all gow directors ''God of War – Game Directors Live ''
and the original creator was kinda let down how it ended ... to help * * the new director he even pitched how should gow 4 start : Greece Gods are DEAD but other religions have other gods ! other religious myths etc.. go watch it
