Not sure if its a chrome thing, or a change on the forums thats causing it.
Anyone else having an issue of animations 'freezing' while scrolling using chrome? it just started happening about a week ago, and only place I noticed it was on these forums.

For example on the best if ever thread..when I scroll down some gif's will be froze..even some 1/2 way between frames, so I get 1/2 an image, a tear line, and the bottom half is the next frame just stuck like that. refreshing the page sometimes fixes it. Even the animated emoticons will sometimes not be animated.
I cant figure out for the life of me whats causing it.
