Why is the game so small? Only 6.4 gigs? I thought for sure this game would be huge. Makes me wonder if the PS3 got the inferior version of the game, while Xbox 360 and PC get the better version.

Wait for a 3.55 fix or upgrade to 4.21 Rebug (better) or 4.30 Rogero.I still can't see a reason to stay on 3.55.After upgrading to 4.21 I have far better temperatures and my PS3 is surely less noisy.
Currently downloading it, idk if there's an update for the game.If there isn't I have to resign it for 4.21.

Yeah I have been playing, and the frames are bad at times, not even 30FPS. I might stop playing it and just wait for Xbox 360 version, I want to enjoy this game, but not at 20FPS or less. WTF

Also the post filters are really weird.. The game is aliased with some weird effect.. But from the couch it's fine if your TV is far.. Wont change that it s still running at 20fps sometimes. But gameplay is most of the time 30fps.. it's cutscenes that are barely running at 20fps.
When the put the camera on that weirdo guy in the intro, the game drops bellow 20fps...

Yes, intro fps are low 20's but after that I haven't seen a major slowdown so far even on crowded areas.Gfx are ok too (better than I expected).I'll play a while just for fun and wait for my major walkthrough on pc.

Whatever is this post filter it works.I'm playing on a 47'' tv, distance is nearly 3m and as I posted earlier the game looks unxpectedly good.I can confirm that fps is most of the time 28-30fps which is acceptable for now.

Don't get me wrong, the game is still gorgeous on PS3, I didn't expect anything better, but I expect the 360 version to perform & look even better.
Not that it's anything surprising though, most multi platform games perform better on 360, except maybe LA Noire & FF 13 which were developed on PS3 as a priority.

yea sadly only a few, as you said LA Noire, FF13+ FF13-2, Castlevania Lords of Shadow and there was another one, but thats it.
