Diesel should find some new stuff to do. He did this, doing new Fast Furious and has new XXX in the pipeline. 
Are there really no new things for him to do?

I liked Pitch Black, a lot actually..and I kinda liked The Chronicles of Riddick too, so yeah, gimme gimme. 
(not to mention the game which was amazing)

The Chronicles of Riddick was not bad.. but most of the Riddick's charm comes from staying hidden and speaking as few words as possible.
There needs to be a little bit mystery to make it enjoyable just like it was done in Pitch Black.
In Chronicles he seemed like a terminator with matrix like bullet time (Yeah, I mostly remember the end boss fight)

bring it on. Loved the first game and the movie. Chronicles wasnt as good, but cause riddick is awesome I still enjoyed it.

Exactly. The idea of him being a criminal which is quite mysteriously and had eye surgery to be able to see in the dark was way cooler than this "last survivor of an alien race" bullshit they pulled in Chronicles. I mean, hell, even Jack was pissed, which was quite ironic.
