Very High uses some Bokeh filter, maybe that's one of the compatibility fixes that Nvidia mentioned in their 310.61 beta drivers?
(If you have a AMD GPU then I don't really know, might require 12.11 beta and it's cap installed?)

Well from searching you need 12.11 CAP1 for the HMA.exe profile, might work better with the 12.11 drivers but it's not required for it to work.
http://www.kn00tcn.net/kn-12.10cap1.xml
(hma.exe not found.)
http://www.kn00tcn.net/kn-12.11cap1.xml
(hma.exe found.)
Unsure which core driver has the code for that profile but it's a AMD game so it should have existed before 12.11 hopefully.
(None of the drivers do have a hma.exe profile - otherwise the CAP for it wouldn't be needed - but the code has to be in one of the later ones.)
Also what Dishonored issues are you having?
(12.11 CAP1 specifically says it improves AA performance with Hitman: Absolution for single GPU configurations - and Crossfire as well no doubt - http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/amd_catalyst_application_profile_12_11_cap1_download.html but it should work for general performance as well and compatibility. )

The disguises in this game are driving me crazy. They are completely useless! How can I infiltrate an area monitored by guards and that only allows guards in. As soon as I dress up as a guard, I am instantly spotted and have a few seconds until the Instinct runs out. WHAT IS THE POINT

That's one of those situations where the game wants you to try to either wait and sneak slowly or use instinct to blend (by facepalming, ha ha.) and walk quickly across so they don't see you before instinct is used up.
EDIT: It can get frustrating though, especially on higher difficulty levels where instinct drains within seconds and they spot you even quicker when not using it but there's usually alternate ways through or a path to take where you can cross the area.

Aaaawesome game. The controls are kinda confusing, B to drop a body etc, but that can be changed. I can see why some people miss the freedom, but its still there. I guess its part of the story to make it a bit more linear. I love doing creative kills. I threw a knife in the face of the guard in the kitchen, and immediately subdued the chef after that. Total badass. lol
edit; how do you drop a weapon?

^^Press G to drop a weapon.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Forget the weapons. The proper way is to put sleeping pills in the main guys coffee, hide him in the closet, take key card and sneak upstairs

No shit. Playing on purist, first mission, I went left because it seemed like a good idea to go in via the back. Fine, two guards there, sneak past them. Oh what's this? Gardener and guard blocking my way in? Do have a disguise available but...fuck that, I'll go back and look for some other wa...OH WAIT I CAN'T BECAUSE THE DOOR LOCKS
I don't need any of the HUD shit, but if you're going to fucking lock me in like that, forcing me to go either guns blazing or use up the little instinct I have to get inside where it's swarming with NPC's, at least give me back some of that instinct. To all the people who say it's "enough" like previous Hitman games: fuck you. In those you could always go back if you ended up in an annoying spot like that. Encountering this already has me facepalming at the game, this is just really retarded. I just don't understand why they won't let me go back :/
Game's still running fine, but I need to play more to get to bigger areas, see how it handles itself then; so far it's always between 70 and 110 FPS.

Yup, its weird that they don't notice that themselves when playing. It always surprises me that they dont actually test games or anything like that. Then they would think "you know, this is actually pretty annoying, let's remove/change it"

Why the fuck everyone complains about the first level, which is a FUCKING TUTORIAL and you need to follow the instructions, UNTIL you're in the mansion and you deal how the fuck you want.
