they are lolo? had dark massiah from them (i know a long time ago) but i thought they switched their system and included them in their magazines instead of their onlineportal to prevent such region locks... but thanks for the info

Enable your Steam Guard before 27th Nov to avoid trading issue
If you haven't notice, you will see this message in the trade window when you trade.
"Starting December 12th, Steam Trading will require that your account has had Steam Guard enabled for at least 15 days before you can trade items."
To avoid trading issue, please enable your Steam Guard before 27th Nov.
Here are the FAQ and instructions on enabling Steam Guard.
Also, make sure you have access to the email address registered with your Steam account, or else you might have problem logging in after you enable Steam Guard.

Maybe they're planning on the Christmas Present hunt that happened last year (or was it year before?), and want to cut down on coal-trading with sock accounts.
