Anyone knows if there is some translated distro for this one?

Play it, because it's totally and utterly awesome. One of the (very) few games where I felt I was really *struggling* for survival, not to mention the amazing atmosphere, choice-based gameplay and a carefully built story which only comes together after you've played all the three characters.

Truly an overlooked masterpiece, too bad the translation sucks donkey balls (at best it's passable, at worst it's a totally nonsensical mess). There has been an attempt at making an engrish->english translation, but iirc it's been abandoned long ago.

					| Never heard of Pathologic, thanks for the heads up.
As for classics that I missed, the list is ever growing. I recently lost my backup drive so my whole gog and oldies collection dissapeared and im redownloading stuff atm.

Im also currently playing Myth series. Its amazing how well the game holds up gameplay wise. the tactical aspect of formations and different terrain+ some excellent AI opposition make for a great game even in 2012.

					| Wizards & Warriors, Star Command, Supremacy, Utopia, Dark Earth, Entomorph, Evil Islands.
Played most of the rest, except the original Wizardry games 1-3, and a couple goldbox games that were so bad I couldn't get myself to finish them, not sure if I want to revisit those though.

Not having played Arcanum, and loved it. Is a flaw in ones character.

					| I've tried playing Planescape Torment a couple times but I always get bored and quit before leaving the starting area. I don't know what turns me off about it so much, since I love games like Fallout, Baldur's Gate, Arcanum, and such.

					| You mean the morgue? Because that is the starting area. First time I played it, I rushed out asap. However you can have some interesting conversations with some NPC's in there.

Finally! I don't feel so alone now! And no, I played it already, countless times. For me that game is like Severance's mother!

It's exactly the same for me with that game. Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights, Baldur's Gate - those I played a lot more although I never finished them since the party based aspect kind of bores me (the boredom levels increases with the number of party members pretty much).

					| Pretty much all of them.
 Fallouts, Baldur's Gate's, X-COM's, you name it.
And since I can usually look past the graphical side I think my best gaming years are yet to come

					| I don't have many names to be honest (I was a gaming addict back then..much more than now ), but surely the ones in capretto's sig are all noteworthy and make me incredibly curious.
If only I had more time..
