Aye, the whole trilogy in fact. Good, basic, action RPGs with little dialogue.

Anyone recommend me a sport thats not competitive and doesn't require any physical exersize or investment in any equipment?
I really want to get into that kind of stuff, just not if it has or require any of the above.

Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic
Its noob friendly and yet still one of the best games I have ever played in my life.

What's the point of making serious threads if you punch me in the face every time... This thread is serious... |

As you are a CoDtastic-humper I'm sure you "accidentallalalaly" missed what he wrote. |
I didn't miss it, I just don't care. RPG without much dialog? It's like asking for a fighting game without much punching. |
Ugh, that was meant for MongoSteam. Since you already gave him suggestions and he was like "BUT GUSI, Y R U TROLLIN...HALP WIT PICKS!!11" I thought I'd point it out.

You can certainly finish Mass Effects 2 & 3 in ~20 hours, they have very light rpg elements and should be pretty good first time rpgs for some one who has mainly played shooters before.
Diablo 3, Torchlight 2 or any similar hack n slash rpgs like Titan Quest are good ones too for someone who wants more action but some of those can take a fairly good time to beat, Diablo 3 being an exception to this being kinda short in my opinion.

i would recommend skyrim too. if you just follow the main quest marker and avoid getting a bunch of quests from npcs its a pretty linear experience that boils down to 'go here, watch cutscene, kill shit, repeat a few times, congrats you win'. the game system itself is extremely simple, the combat is kind of cinematic and hectic, and you can choose to explore or carriage/fast travel. i bet if you took the fastest transport to each story mission (and did no side quests) you could beat this game in a couple of sittings. if you had fun, you still have a fuck load of stuff to do.

Dragon Age.
Noob friendly but deep enough to be satisfying experience.
If you can handle it, you can play anything after that..

This thread makes one wonder if being a hardcore RPG fan for too long turns you into an elitist douchebag or if its the other way around
