c: drive is needed to run the shitrow crack, else you'll get "steam must be running to play this game" error. subst c: d:\ fixed that for me.

Same exact thing happened to me (that water level correct?). Theres absolutely no other way besides restarting it

My Black Ops 2 suddently stopped working. Had the initial Skidrow Version, worked without any problems but now it suddenly doesn't work anymore, crashes after the dolby intro movie. Tried the crackfix and timezone fix but still doesn't work... Strange...
Where does this game store its settings and savegames???

I can confirm this, just downloaded the 3DM proper crack and it starts up without a flaw 
Edit: filename: Call.of.Duty.Black.Ops.2.Proper.Crack.Only-3DM

Some update is out, I still don't have the game but since this is apparently listed three times in Steam (MP, SP and Zombies separately.) it seems Activision/Treyarch updated all three of them but in particular they focused on doing something with the zombie mode with the other two only getting some minor download.

THE GOOD
-Game's pretty great
-Having already future weapons with Scenario Scanning when aiming,revealing enemies each second  ...SO MAXIMUM TROLLING XDDDD
-Different decisions and endings,also the chance to "Rewind" to get different endings or whatsover with different people,dead or alive ;3
-Menendez...IS GOD XDDDD..i mean,c'mon,who liked his "IIIITS RAPING TIIIME" moment whenever his daughter gets kidnapped and he goes raged with a blade and an infinite shotgun,resisting everyshot,no matter how red the screen gets? XDDD
THE BAD
-The tactical missions,though skippable,are confusing with the controls,even with the tiny reminder at the bottom left of the screen ¬¬;;;
-Sometimes objectives are confusing
-TROLLING "I'll shoot you from everywhere" moment
-The mission where you go to a city filled with water in the night with those Flying Deadful airships with the spotlights....i mean,CMON!!,I run away and OUT OF THEIR SIGHT and they end up finding me already no matter whaT!!

3DM fix not working here unless I change timezone.
If anyone else wants to verify that this doesn't work, just set your timezone to UK and then you will be stuck at the black screen
