the thing is way over priced for what it is so a price tag of about £150 is more suited to it's hardware.
Some of the games do look like they could be good but I refuse to fund over inflated prices this is what keeps these companies ripping us off people continuing to pay them.
so what happens when the other consoles moves up to the next generation and this stays at the hardware level of the current ones? I don't see a good ending to this from the western side.

zombiu is getting slashed. gamespot says it's not pewpew enough. while others seem to like it so far. it has issues since it's a launch title. but it's not BAD.

well... we still don't know much about what the console can do. people at das gaf and other forums are speculating swapspace
but nintendo is never in a race. im guessing in 5 / 6 years we'll see a new nintendo console that'll do something new and unique and it'll be on par/better than xbox3 and ps4. and if xbox continues then good stuff. but it looks like sony is struggling. ps4 may be their last console.
I don't think Sony will do bad this time if they don't try any hardware stunts like they did the last time.
Vita is pretty much dead.

I hope ps4 is a success but it could end up a 400-500 dollar console.

I hope this console gets pwned (although I doubt it, at least that fast, since the 3DS and the DSi arent even pwned). Else, I think there is really no point to buy it, this should have been available ever since the PS3 (or even the 360!) was out...

The only good thing that has ever happened from buying launch models is they usually get hacked first, while people who waited and get stuck on later firmwares/whatever can't hack.
