I use photoshop, but first I need to convert the video into avi or mp4 (even Freemake does the job) otherwise it doesn't work Then all you have to do is import -> Video Frames to Layers. edit: don't know if there are easier ways though Random creations of an insane mind / Screens from Bulgaria [Early Access]

Nono it's quite handy, since once you import the video you can choose the part that you're interested in by holding Shift Random creations of an insane mind / Screens from Bulgaria [Early Access]

I use VirtualDub + AviSynth for frame precision. My IMDb Ratings \| Fix NFOHump Cookies \| Hide Users / Threads \| Embedded Content (Videos/GIFs/Twitter/Reddit) \| The Derps Collection Death smiles at us all; all we can do is smile back.
