Cool trailer. I live in Chicago and recognized that intersection immediately. They left out the el station but otherwise a pretty accurate depiction of Lake and Dearborn and the Chicago Theatre. On the outside at least.
OP says New York but thats definitely Chicago. Multiple locatiions or just CHicago? Id prefer all chicago as New York has been done enough.
It's still coming in 2013. Also they are developing cross generational games. Maybe W_D is one of them.

http://www.joystiq.com/2012/11/06/guillemot-watch-dogs-dialed-in-for-2013/ WiiU is an option but PC version not sure??? Fuuuu ubisoft!
Huh? It's a PC game, they said that from day 1, but they're trying to get it on PS360 rather than the next-generation consoles and that there is an option for Wii-U --- they didn't say "not sure about PC" since it was the PC version they were showcasing at E3
I know, but saying the console versions are sure to be released in 2013 but nothing about PC version still worries me. May mean another delay for PC release or something...
Speaking to Joystiq, Guay confirmed that the E3 demo is running on PC, but emphasized that Ubisoft Montreal is interested in getting Watch Dogs on "all the platforms we can." That means Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions "for sure," Guay said. A Wii U version is still up in the air.
Well it's Ubishit, so a PC delay is inevitable - but it's been known since the start that the game is a PC title, that's why they said "all the platforms we can" when confirming PS360 and optioning Wii-U.
Apparently there was a phonecall with a developer and only PS3 and XBOX were mentioned.
And surprise surprise, there come the rumors that there will be no PC version
I really expect this to come on PC too.
Nowadays all console games also appear on PC, unless it's a game from a sony/microsoft studio..
And honestly, I even think the PC versions are not that bad anymore.
Not all of you will agree with me, but I like to play my games on PC with my XBOX controller and updated graphics..
Well obviously everybody started liking PC a bit more after getting tired of the outdated console tech. But now that next gen consoles are on the horizon, they suddenly don't need PCs anymore!
Seriously though, nowhere in that article did it mention anything about this game not coming to PC. The conversation was simply in context of current-gen consoles.
Ubisoft has already confirmed that the stunning open-world game—a cyberpunky adventure that involves a lot of computers—will be coming to PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
I thought that, still as of today, nothing was confirmed about it being on the PC aswell?

So when they say holiday they mean christmas right? Cuz holiday is pretty vague for some ppl...
Hahaha yeah I was thinking the same sthing. People very frequently say this holiday season and for me that sounds like something that is pretty close. Maybe it's just improper english understanding of course. I'm pretty positive it's referring to next christmas, which is like 10 months away
"Ubisoft has confirmed that Watch Dogs gameplay footage that was shown at Playstation Meeting 2013 was not running on Playstation 4 (PS4), but instead on a PC with close to PS4 specification."
Not even surprised
But hell, that gameplay is my wet dream coming true
