The game is gold and the PC version will be available on the same day as the console ones.
(So they can do it - EDIT: Simultaneous releases I mean - but choose not to most often.)

Now, I'd love to have this on Steam, but for almost twice the price... and it doesn't even have Steam Achievements!
It's probably UPlay achievements both standard ones and those few UPoint ones or what they should be called, usually four or five and they give points ranging from 10 to 40 which is used to unlock exclusive game content for free.
(It's pretty varied what those offer, no idea what is being offered for this or AC3 but we'll know soon as the games are only some weeks from release.)
Yeah, I'd be careful lolo mate. I bought HoMM VI from IntKeys and the key only works on the Russian version of the game, if you try and use it on the EN/ROW one it won't let you sign into Conflux, you can play in English on the RU copy ... so it's a bizarre lock that just doesn't make any sense. I grabbed the EN Steam version in a sale anyhow.
What Leo meant to say is that enemy damage is so low, that there's nothing to inform the user about. Not that we want screenjelly.
Usually god mode is turned on in these presentations anyhow, but even still... we rail about "bloody screen!" and when games don't have it this is supposedly a bad thing? Jesus.. make your minds up people TBH; I never liked the screen turning red in the first place
there is no mention of ru version in the registry so its not locked atm, but anyway dont have any games money for a couple of months so dont care anymore
Anyone else having problems with uplay account?
I'm trying to login to my account, but it keeps saying that i need to enter my birthdate, after i did that i get an error page...
Can't even contact support or write on their forums about it because i need to login first, wich i can't -.-
