If you watched it (and I really think you should because it's amazing) then you might grow to love him Also there's a nuke in your profile if you want to disable them. I look at avatars to quickly distinguish who's posting and whether to read it or not

I'm non-smoking and absolutely hate cigaret smoke around me.
That said, banning bussines owners from ability to decide wether their place is smoking or non-smoking one is as idiotic and sick'o'puritist as forbiding sale of alcohol on sundays. Next thing you know you'll be banned from sunbathing cos it's unhealthy too.

I assume ur talking about shops and shit that have to deal with smoking right? well, 99% of the time ur breathing in dust, gas, fumes, metal particles etc depending on ur shop and what is done outta it....i dont think a guy smoking 20 feet away from u welding should bother u...if anything the fumes from the weld and lack of ventillation.
And dont say wear a gas mask...that is the biggest load of bs...have u ever sweat into a gas mask man? its like a little pool of water collects at ur chin and bugs the fuck outta u, and they are so uncomfortable and sometimes get in the way of my mask

The fact is smoking bans work. In places with tough tobacco policy (USA, Canada, Sweden) less people smoke = less health problems for all.
Quote: | Canada provides an example of a country that has achieved remarkable progress in reducing tobacco consumption, with current rates of daily smokers among adults down from 34% in 1980 to 17% in 2003, the lowest rate among all OECD countries along with Sweden and the United States. Much of this decline in Canada and in other countries can be attributed to policies aimed at reducing tobacco consumption through public awareness campaigns, advertising bans and increased taxation. |

Speaking of country greatness and stuff, I heard on the radio (102.1) today that some American/Canadian company did a worldwide survey of the countries with best rep...1. Australia 2.Canada.......11.USA
HAHA!
I stopped listening after I heard Canada, then they skipped from 5 to the US

Ok, and how long would you be in such a place in such situation? How often would it happen? I bet 20 times more of your (or anyones, not picking at you) brain cells die each time you visit gas station than if you had to go into smoked place once in a while.

I bet it works, now let's ban sex before marriage and i'm quite sure it will decrese number of unwanted pregnancies. We could also ban all religions except one. Imagaine how great that would be in the long run. No more religous wars.

Smoking does nothing but cause health problems. At least with weed and alcohol, people can have a good time with it, so the negative effects are considered acceptable.
