Here, Zagreb, Croatia. Bought a Logitech Illuminated keyboard. Only after a while noticed that WASD+Shift+Space doesn't work. Neither do the arrow keys with Shift and Space It was a newer model of the kb, and they apparently changed the configuration matrix without telling anyone. And the official company line is that they're not obligated to list all the things the keyboard CAN'T do.
So I was in a threeway shouting match between myself, the store Links, and the official office of Logitech here in Zagreb. Which fucking consists of 2 women who only agreed to help after they realized I wouldn't leave otherwise.
So they managed to force the store to agree to an exchange of keyboards. Going there tomorrow. |
Well, I used to buy there (Links) and never had any problems with RMA. But those fuckers are too expensive now (they got HGSpot syndrome after they expanded their store across the country), so I don't go there anymore. Smaller shops like ADM ftw
