I think you answered this one yourself : afaik it's not on disc.

Oh and I wouldn't be affraid not to get them, remember all AC games have all their DLC out for PS3 Wink

So did anyone on the PS3 get a chance to play the 'Benedict Arnold DLC'? If it's on-disc, then it should be unlocked with the DUPLEX patch right?

So I guess we'll just need someone to post that DLC PKG file and then get it unlocked right?

I already have the V1.01 patch file.

Yup, i agree. They brought something new and the gameplay was awesome, but i have to agree with Blam. The game was just way to repetitive. Everything was the same all the way through. And the way you unlocked area by area of the cities the way you did just killed me. I couldn't finish it.

Shitty controls is one thing, but i despise these chase missions, especially on horse back...which leads back to shitty controls.
A cliff side which you have no problems jumping down from on foot, the horse refuses to take a leap from....rocks slows you down aso.

After playing for quite a few hours, i've noticed several bugs, and even got stuck inside a tree several times.
The game is getting repetitive (chase guy and kill him before he gets away, destroy xxx at location xxx).
There's no flow in the movement, especially climbing, and it generally feels very "edgy".

I finished AC1 after two months , played every 4th day or so cause of that repetitive gp..but I loved gfx , animations , setting , some gp mechanics - those stuff is what was most innovative for me and story was interesting too..

yea, ac1 was nothing more than a tech demo,
overall ac3 would be the best one from a gameplay standpoint (if not alone for the naval battles, these could be a standalone game on their own), but overall the main character isnt nearly as great as ezio (but still better than that bland alt air) and the game takes too long to open up and offer you all the aspects.
i d say its ac2 - ac3 - acb - acr - ac1

Totally agree ... just booted up the game, it took approx 5 minutes and i turned off the console again.
The before mentioned shitty controls combined with a "chase guy before he reaches xxx", and a forest full of rocks that dead stops my horse... well, i can find other games more enjoyable after having it happening way too often in this.

I like some cutscenes and characters but the game is booooring to hell. I can'tplay it more than 2hours without feeling sleepy.
That game feels like complete opposite of Brotherhood which had best gameplay. In that game I wanted to build, buy, recruit, expand and finish it 100% rebuilding the rome and all the stores.
This game here? Why would I want to trade? expand homestead etc? And the homestead UI is incredibly bad.

I kinda enjoy the game anyway. Will keep playing.

9th sequence now and spoilery question about templars:
 Spoiler:

And there is a typical AC part. You kill a meanest dick in and he seems to be a most cheer up person when talking upon death. That mindfuck I never understood about AC. Let's say I kill a rapist and murderer but in his final speech he seems a good person who was doing good etc. I get the whole point but mostly that is just stretching the idea too much

edit: oh yes, Naval battles are awesome indeed but not for someone who finished Sea Dogs and Sea Dogs 2 (pirates of the caribbean)

you know whats really fucking frustrating about the game?
getting 100% in all dna sequences.
the game itself is piss-easy like all the other acs, but some of the optional requirements
from sequence 7 on are so fucking frustrating (partly due to some broken mechanics, bad framerate etc.) that i almost broke a controller.
anyway, with this late in the game and all the main mission and side sequences 100%´d so far, i will have to torture myself doing it till the end Sad

I'd buy a vita if it came with one of those... Focused

On a side note, fuck those giant trees in this game! They're almost impossible to climb to the view point spot.

Is everyone playin' the Complex rls? Weird thing loads the discs in the wrong order on FSD 3.0. (Shows 2nd disc first) Wish you could rearrange games on that thing.

Regardless, metric tonne of fluff as usual, it's fun, but I wish I had the patience to wait for the PC version. Game looks OK but runs shite.

Well, initially I thought you have to jump to the parallel V shaped spot(I keept thinking that because the first time I made that jump), but what you do is turn around and grab on to the branches and use those to go around and the jump on that V shaped spot.
It's very unclear as Connor will not grab those on his own, as he should, unless you push him/jump on towards them.

Long story short, it sounds waaay more complicated than it should be because the system is very simplified and buggy as fuck.
