nahh, you dont need sweetfx for that..u could use teh CFG and edit it, but i cant find em, also the settings look all crypted..so i didnt found a way to test some cfg settings now..gonna try my cfg from crysis 2 and see what happens or works...i wish i could turn on the console somehow..argh...
SweetFX should work with crysis 3 right now..version 1.3 of sweetFX was released some days ago..

At 1920x1080 the game looks so much better, that res kinda sucks.

Well I give up on this turd, it's unplayable now. Every server shows up with decent ping, but in-game everyone has 300-600 ping and are bullet sponges.
Doesn't matter anyway, the gameplay is dull, all you do is run around cloaked and switch to armor when shot at. Fun!

I tried some alpha this morning, it played, felt and looked like Crysis 2 MP..except from the terrible stuttering.
Definitely not impressed, since the supposedly awesome graphics have vaseline filters all over the place and average lighting. Crytek

No issues with latency here. Performance is shit unless you turn down shadows / water settings.

Nvidia sayd theres no SLI profile soon..Crysis 3 is an very cpu hungry game etc bla bla and he sayd it would be better to use one card and see if its better..

And he wasnt joking, the game goes wild on my procesor, hit 52 celsius on my Fx 6100 with all cores at 80-90 % usage.
I think some other dudes reported high cpu temps on their procs too on neogaf.
The most cpu stressfull game i have is BF 3, it brings my cpu at 45 celsius max.
I dunno if its supposed to work like that, on one hand its awesome that it uses all the threads, but on the other hand in the summer it would overheat. |
Meh, isn't the case on a proper cpu. Only ~50% usage here on all cores.

I did that because it was completely unplayable on Very High but it still looked unimpressive to be honest. I guess the trusty uber-tweaked autoexec.cfg will be needed again to make the game look pretty-ish |

The performance is shocking. I really hope they fix this shit.

hmmm...well. im @ 1600x900 with an gtx460 @ 960mhz and an old q series quad @ 3.8 ghz. and i have to say the game runs fine here with 40 - 60 fps..with a mix of high and very high..
