Undecided about this, finished it a few days ago.
Kind of saw the ending coming form miles away.

But all in all feels short and not a lot of time with this "new" character.
I am guessing the DLC's are all that's left for this game.
Since any new AC3+ games seem dumb considering how this one ended.

Curious what they come up with for the next AC games probably for the next gen.

Does anyone happen to have a ps3 eu save from around sequence 5/6/7 ?
I switched from my neighbour's 360 to my ps3 and I rather not have to go through the slow start.

Agree with this one , I so wanted to give at least a 9.0..but those small bugs and glitches can ruin some missions..Im still lovin it , but 8.5 sounds about right.

Thats the reason there was a patch wich fixed alot of bugs.

Yeah but the damage was done..they rushed it..

Eeeh what damage ??, on release date the original game had a patch wich fixed alot of stuff.
I download games also dont get me wrong but if you want fixes buy the game Very Happy

Haven't noticed that. I've played through the prologue on 360 before buying the PS3 gold edition and haven't noticed any difference. One of my tellys (a Philips) used to switch picture modes depending on what the source input was.

Today I didn't even need to use my AK. I gotta say it was a good day. (c) - Ice Cube

Are you guys having framerate problems on the PS3? I watched a buddy play on the Xbox, it's not as smooth on the PS3 (I don't play from the Bluray though).

Got to agree on that. Connor was naive and biased...

I have tried on both also, and i also thought the ps3 had issues, but i wasn't sure. Since i'm not the only one noticing i'm guessing that it is so.

On the PS3 version I keep getting random freezes but you can see things still moving and it only happens in the cutscenes, also the cutscenes go out of sync while they are speaking, anyone else?

I even have the latest patch installed.

Hated playing as haytham, mostly how it didn't really make sense to be a assassin with his outfit and it just looked ridiculous running across buildings with him

wow this game really has a slow start. played it for a couple of hours and I still don't have my assassins robe...

Can anyone say if the riddles form AC2 and AC2:Brotherhood are back? They took them out in Revelations but I'm kina hoping they are there again. Really loved those Sad
And are there dungeons? Like in AC2, you had to complete 6 dungeons which felt more like prince of persia missions, i really loved those too

This game has slowed to a half for me. I have played on the 360 version, but i'm unable to play with all the ondisc dlc's which annoys me to no end, ps3 version has an unlocker, but the problem on ps3 if future dlcs. As far as i know getting those DLC's for free on CFW PS3 is a challenge not yet fully broken, and 360 it's a breeze.

Perhaps PC is my salvation for this one.

I play the shit out of any AC game and when I finish them I never go back...just completed AC3 and that's it not even interested in DLCs , I will still stand with my score 8.5 / 10.

Moar games incoming , waiting for Hitman.. Smile

but if you think 8.5 is a good grade, then surely it's worth playing the continuation via dlcs.

If the DLCs are really good I can check them out sure..but I usually don't have enough free time to go back , and new games are coming constantly , maybe during holidays.

BTW there are 2 epilogue missions after the credits , there is no gp..only two cutscenes..

So did anyone on the PS3 get a chance to play the 'Benedict Arnold DLC'? If it's on-disc, then it should be unlocked with the DUPLEX patch right?

Patched dashboard and patched the game. Everything still workd. Lt3 here.

The game is very good but the scripting.... The scripting is terrible and broken. Like the first boston mission. I was repeating it several times. My allies were crouching by the cart and I was suppose to kill enemies which were not existent. Turns out I was suppose to shoot them from ther roofs not get up there and sword them down like I did past 5 times
