I've just been playing this, I'm about 4.5 hours into it and I have to say that it's indeed the best game I've played for quite some time. It's quite amazing to see a game that can top all "next gen" games on the 360.

Finished it. Took about 50 hours at a leisurely pace. Verdict: what a BRILLIANT, polished game. Absolutely worth buying, and along with Katamari games, a enough reason buy a PS2 as is.

Man this game is fucking brutal. I lost about 3 hours worth of progress when i met that ninja guy in the 3rd zone. I guess it's time for a serious break, fuck this. The shithead japanese needs to figure out autosaving.

Did the PSN version of Okami HD ever have a release? I can't find any.
