Five friends who reunite in an attempt to top their epic pub crawl from 20 years earlier unwittingly become humankind's only hope for survival.
Anyone heard of this? They are filming today here in Letchworth in Hertfordshire, about 10 minutes from where I live. The story is about a pub crawl between 12 different pubs with the last one being 'The World's End' which is actually one of my locals known as 'The Gardeners Arm's
My girlfiriend is in Letchworth town at the moment and just text me saying she saw Simon, Pegg, Nick Frost and Martin Freeman. She says she spoke to Nick Frost and got his autograph! And I cant go out as Im stuck at home with the kids! lol.
After Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and Paul, this is bound to be something special!
May the NFOrce be with you always.

the holy trinity of awesome right there. spaced/shaun/fuzz/asylum \o/
when wright reaches out he makes Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. one of the best movies of our generation. dat editing. dat style. dat writing. dat acting. and this will surely be just as epic \o/
That's what I mean. Paul, made by Pegg without Wright, wasn't nowhere near the level of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. The same goes for Scott Pilgrim (Wright without Pegg), which had great directing but a rather underwhelming script.
Now with the two of them collaborating again, I hope for another masterpiece. However, I fear the possibility that they have just run out of creative juice and that Paul and Scott Pilgrim are representative of the filmmakers they are today. Shaun of the Dead was almost ten years ago, they aren't the same people anymore they were back then.
