They are in process of shutting down entire subway & bus system. Never saw that happen in my 10 years living here. And we got smaller and bigger storm warnings every so often.
I bet they won't open it until Monday night so no school for me yay!
But, anyway, last "storm" flodded pretty much everyones basement and it was not even that big, luckily we bought a small pump to get the water out quickly as possible.
I hope, nothing major will happen. But there is a really big tree in the backyard, and one of the branch is breaking off, and all houses that may be impacted if it falls down already called fire department to deal with it but I think they are preparing for tomorrow when the storm hits early in the morning.
There might be no power perhaps or internet for that matter, kinda sucks to live near ocean, if Tsunami would ever hit, I would be fuuuucked 
gotta move more to center of US 
I hope nothing bad will happen but who knows

Anyway, I hate media propaganda, we were out of water so I went to buy it and it was sold out in 3 stores, batteries are sold out as well, only real winners here are big chain stores.
My mom filled entire bath with water because her friends said so because they heard that on TV, that they might cut off water supply. She also left us $1000 and passports because we apparently will need to evecuate in case
New York City is like an island, after shit hits the fan, there is no way to get away, think like Day After Tomorrow, we are fucked regardless. Gotta love people scaring themselves.

Someone needs to finish ACIII and watch all of Sundays TVShows before storm hits early morning, if power goes out and I have to wait days before watching Dexter, I'm going to cry
