Europe and Canada's quality of girls is way better

Man of the world? aren't you?

Yep
Well, more to say, Ive been/seen with (however u wanna take that) girls from the US, been to the US many times...and European girls (tourists) and obviously Canadian girls

Dont get me wrong, the US has hot girls, but the ratio between hot and ugly is huge in favour of ugly

I think all countries have the same hotness of girls

Its just how they present themselfs...

true to an extent dude...there's like a list, i cant remember what its called, but it ranks countries with the hottest women 1-whatever...Brazil is supposedly the best ratio of hot girls to guys, like 4 to one...Canada is in the top 5, ummm, usa is in the top ten, uk is in the top ten, italy is top 5, sweden is top 5 and i think australia or new zealand is in the top 5.

I cant speak for all of Canada, but I know Montreal, BC and Toronto have some of the hottest women anywhere, BC is last mind...Montreal, then Toronto. Man, take a walk down Yonge ST during a nice hot saturday afternoon and tell me ur not walking around with pure wood in ur pants...SOOOO many hot broads...but like most, they are stush right? lol

World politics?

Do they teach reading where you live at? Because from your reaction, I'd say you skipped a few too many classes.

Yeah, I'm a fule to even reply to this thread with any negativism, 'couse I just know that fisk is going to bust the hell out of my chops with some silly insult about some school thing or the other. Ooo, I'm so owned now.

I'm just really tired of fules liek j00 fueling this, somewhat redundant, debate about who's better - Europe or USA. "Europe!", say the mighty viking with a few too many classes at the upper secondary. "America!", say the mighty viking who migrated a few years back to start his life anew in a free country with proper black slavery.

I bet fisk is going to bust my chops again. But, as maddox well put it, my chops are unbustable - I just don't 'giev a sheat´.

I have this hypothesis, let's see what you think of it...

MAYBE ... just maybe, what separates Europe from the USA in terms of people, and how we think is this:

USA go for appearances, words and actions
Europeans go for consequences, cost, and strategy

---

To europeans, americans talk a lot - they're a people that likes to talk, and talk ... and when they talk, they talk about stuff they think is great: "That's great! That's good!" ... usually it involves something that the USA has done.

The citizens of the USA like appearances too... they choose their representatives based on appearances ... look at Arnold Schwarzenegger ... show me a politician who is less about politics, and more about appearance. Also, it seems like the americans like the words full of action, they want short oneliners they can remember.

USA is probably the only country that declares war on stuff... "War on this, war on that", etc. it's simple, any two-cent citizen can remember three words... "What are we doing right now? Ah right! War on someshit... great"

Now, listening to these punchliner-politicians lead to actions. Americans don't seem to like long hauled decisionmaking, short punchline, and then go off fighting.

Saddam has weapons of mass destruction

Simple... even the guy flipping burgers at McDonald's understand that one... "Holy shit! Let's go kill his ass".

---

When someone found out Saddam didn't have these WMD's, it's just to replace the words to motivate the people ... "Al-Quaeda connections", and wham-bam! There you go!

Now, Europeans are good at long overhauls... buerocracy has it's long tendrils throughout most nations of Europe. Europeans love to strategise, "What are the consequences of this? How can we do that? Why not? What is the cost? Is the benefit worth the cost? Are we thinking utilitaristic?... " etc. -

Maybe this is a part of what's so different about us?

Both groups do a lot of talking. The main difference is that Americans will act while Europeans will endlessly argue about the best strategy and then endlessly criticize anyone who takes the "wrong" action ("wrong" meaning one they personally don't agree with). The whole point is to do nothing, which Europeans believe is the best choice (and certainly the most cost-effective). That is why Europeans constantly favor worthless organizations like the UN, passing resolution after resolution but looking the other way when problems erupt in places like Liberia or Sudan.

Oh, and for the whole "your country is fat" argument, Europe isn't far behind.

Americans act, but they act wrong. What does it matter if a decision takes long? And don't give me a lecture on lives, do you even know how many innocent Iraqi lives your fellow countrymen ended? Maybe you should write this up as a punchline for your friends, then: "Will gladly kill without thinking".

I can't believe you're defending your country's administration, that's about as smart as self-mutilation. You think that criticising people for inaction, when you live in a land with blood on it's hands; is a good idea? You're so pragmatic, it's all about practicality.

When every life lost is a part of a statistic - yes, Sweden is insignificant in comparison - but at least it don't have so much death on it's conscience. Defending everything your nation does, is like running blind against a wall, but ... don't worry, you won't feel a thing - U.S. media has desensitised you, it won't even sting.

Weducks, ffs when you post try to ADD something

ontopic:
main diff is the point of view on things
imo the point of view of a lot of americans is fucked up due to:
the media, lousy government, the overall igorance, the more individualistic culture

note: europe suffers from the same things, only in... how do I say this... smaller quantities

New Zeeland looks so out of this world... is it really that beatiful?

The only thing I did, close to lotr, was to See Howard Shore peform LOTR live Smile
