It isn't as grim sausje. Thanks for the heads-up tho. At worst we get notified first, then the tidal wave hits. Plus we are tight family friends Wink

Just a heads-up: translated from dutch article: http://goo.gl/Yzcy4

All in short, once OPTA goes into effect, they have an automated system scanning pages for the cookie warning.

Funnily enough, I'm seeing an awful lot of sites lately that have messages asking for permission to store cookies. I'm starting to wonder if it's not just a Dutch thing, but a global one, because I've never seen this many sites asking - or just displaying notifications - about storing cookies.

Not unless you think the UK is NL Wink Off the top of my head, Eurogamer is the first site that comes to mind that has the cookies disclaimer. There's been a bunch of others today as well - though I got a busted memory so I can't remember which ones exactly.

This is not Dutch only thing. I've seen them on many non-Dutch based sites also.

It's all fixed now, had to reinstall some modified drivers for my temporary old Sagem (USB xD) since the router committed seppuku last week. Apparently with the default drivers there are some issues with W7. Razz
