Paypal don't charge you if the payment is sent as a gift, it is the person sending the money who gets charged.

Yeah I know about that, the problem is that many users don't have that option when sending a payment through pp. I'm one of them :\ For instance, when I send money to Spykez I add an additional fee to compensate for that. I think it's related to the country your cc is from or something.

There is no DRM on any of the games now IIRC, they completely dropped it from all the games.

not really, I bought brotherhood and it still requires activation on Uplay..which I'm currently fighting with because it won't recognize the key that steam gave me.
absolutely not related question: if I have game installed by steam, can I just copy a crack and play it without steam?
