Read on the forums that hired drivers seem to be getting paid really low anyone experienced that yet?(like only 300ish per ride etc) Dont wanna go trough the trouble of saving up for a 2nd truck if its not going to pay off well

Well, I have only one other driver and the income is rubbish. He is getting paid 350 or so per delivery and 10 euros (approximately) per 1 km. So, if he makes a 250km trip which is usually pays around 3.5k euros or so, I'm left with a couple of hundreds of profit after his pay, maintenance and gas. On the other hand, I make a 500 km trip and make 15k. So yeah, I don't see what's the point. You can choose what skills your other drivers will improve when leveling up but so far didn't see him do so. Also, sometimes he just doesn't find work and comes back to garage empty, so that's a guaranteed loss of money.

Yeah that really doesnt sound like its worth it to start up, Ill keep doing my own rides for now, thanks for the info=)

BTW, I just noticed turning on my lights drops my framerate for about 15 fps... What the hell...? Must be a bug. Tried to drive without lights at the night, couldn't see shit because night is so well done. Also got fined for not using lights.

sorry lol its a dutch trucking sim forum=( not the actual ets forums. Dont think they have any. Havent had any issues with turning lights on/off so far.
To all of you complaining about low income from your hired drivers... Riddle me this, what's the use of money after you've bought and customised your truck? I for one can't think of anything.
Great Game my first truck sim all is well but my lights have no reflection on the street they are on but still cant see shit.Ive bumped the brightness to the max and that made it just look poor any suggestions.Ive jumped out tha truck looked around it They are bright even high beam but they dont show on the street for some reason.
LOl was just doing a job and just got started.Im driving alonng and the screen started to fade black the indicater said i was tired but i was like bs.Screw it im doing this 5 mins later jacked knife right after i blew past the rest stop doing 80 lol
Hmm, damn.. that sucks then. Have you tried the other key? Supposedly there's another key floating around, that might be enough to get you playing again, or you could just use the crack since you haven't updated yet.
