My situation exactly. I've been around for what, 5 years? The first month, just like you, I used it for the NFOs, and then noticed the forum. Only lurked around in the first 3 years (!), since I was an active member of a Portuguese forum, and even ended up moderating another competing one, and when I began to find it to be sucking decided to drop it and register here, just for the sake of it, and I've been sporadically posting since then. In the last week or so, I decided to become a more active member, and that's that.
