...I can hear myself think and that isn't always such a good thing. I'm just sitting around watching TV with my lab top in front of me. On and off I go..

That's why I used to stay up til 3-4am and play games/watch movies until I basically passed out, just to not hear what I was actually thinking all the time. When I went to bed at 11pm or so, I couldn't sleep for hours because of all the thoughts going through my mind.

Just don't strain yourself too much and try to vent off now and then. Nfohump is a good place with a lot of good guys to share your thoughts with Smile Other people recommend sports or even more work. Whatever suits one best I guess.

Well I'm pretty busy lately. I get home later and review stuff for the next day. Go have coffee with friends, go to the gym and swim at nite. Then I come back and unwind to some movies or shows, Play a game for a bit... of too bed.

Ya, I'm pretty lucky. Things are going really good despite some stress, but its stuff I don't have control over so I don't sweat it. I have a pretty high acceptance level of things not in my power to change atm so I don't have a lot of venting. But I am always thinking... Smile

The fact that I can't control my brain in its hyperactivity is one of the reasons that lead me to alcoholism. Meditation? Zen methods might be a solution? I tried juggling as well but I can't do it. Religion, NO! But what is eating you pistol?

Nothing is really eating me. I am over at a friends house on wifi. With my lovely MacBook Pro. Chillin' Ate a primrib dinner. Watching TV off and on.

Ya, lots of hyper active brains out there. the little hamster wheel of alcoholism.... LOL.

Just lots and LOTS of changes in my life right now. I remain amazingly calm. Lots of really good people around me who support me. One is looking over my shoulder as a type. LOL

I loved the place I looked at. They allow dogs too. Washer dryer. (now he is laughing at me) But it isn't the right time to buy yet. Other places will come along when the time is right I will know. I have faith. And I will have my safe little home.

There are three pillars in life: a home, work, relationship
Home is the most important one. In our western societies it seems people have forgotten that without a relationship or having work, everyone still should have a home. It's a basic human right. Wishing you the best pistol. Smile
