So the Android store sucks.
I've got Shadowrun for SNES at the moment, but I'm not sure what else is going to work nicely. I tried a PSX emulator on an older Android phone once, but it stretched the native res out to the phone res :/
Basically, I'm trying to play some decent games that weren't made for the device, but some that work well. For example, I saw a Warcraft 2 clone on the store but it runs like ass, though it got me thinking. Has anyone successfully put games like that on a device such as this? I remember launching Fallout on my iPad and I was also successful at getting GemRB/Baldur's Gate to work.
I'm after anything good that will work nicely. I have a Nexus 7 for what it's worth

Honestly, emulation already offers thousands of games and we'd be here forever if we listed them all. Best to simply open Google and type "Top 100 xxxxx Games" and replace xxxx with your platform of choice. As long as they're not twitch titles or require enormous precision, you should be fine with onscreen controls for SNES/MD/GBA/etc titles.

Needs special QEMU build with LMB/RMB mapped to volume +/-

It's certainly based on the original Arcade/Dreamcast version, not the later ports, since it has the full soundtrack \o/
