I thought it was already revoked when I said I pre-ordered SimCity V and happy for new NFS Most Wanted and I did bought collectors Edition of Diablo 3
Anyway, I just downloaded it to tease you all, I will be getting isodemo for PC |

I love my 360 but I mostly use it to play the WWE games (WWE 12, WWE 13) because they aren't on PC, and GTA because it releases on PC like 6 months after xbox.
Other than that, the most use my 360 gets is for XBLA and indie games.

Been a while since I preordered anything on Steam; is it safe to unlock games using a VPN? Would rather not wait for the EU release, if I can help it.

Yes and Yes .. though of course you have to watch out for the fact that CDDiski may be selling a region locked copy.

Region locked meaning it only works in eastern countries?
Regardless, how can I know if it's locked or not?
I can't find any info on the website besides - Language: English, Russian.

Wait for release then they will put information,but 100% will be locked looking at database

Can't you use tor (the onion router) for unlocking games? It's free, allows you to take IPs from all over the world, and the fact that it's slow shouldn't matter just for unlocking... or?

retail keys are locked, getting it gifted from russia works fine though.
