And then there's the Sabin player who somehow manages to triple game lengths by exploring each and every brick
Seriously, there was a game we both were playing, I took my time, looked at it all. By the end, you had like..an extra 4 years in the game. Not sure what happened, I think you may have left the game minimized

Even 12h is still anywhere from 4-8 times more than the average game nowadays

That is called fetishism xD
But yeah , if the game interests me, I usually spend a lot of time trying to explore every single level and talk to any character around. Not to mention when the game allows different strategies, in that case I even replay missions just too see the different outcomes.

Hmm, ~5% sales tax. Could narrow that down by state I'm sure. It's not California that's for sure.

There's a store number at the top of the receipt. The shop is in Virginia.
This store to be exact:

True but I was under the impression that breaking street date was very risky due to contracts, then again "best buy" isn't a small store chain so they likely won't have any problems for it.
(I haven't seen any stores recently even stacking games up for display before the release date though as far as I've understood it's shipped out like a week in advance so it's sitting in the storeroom for a while, guess in this case they decided to act and start selling it immediately, which no doubt will give a bit of extra profit.*)
(*And this likely means there will be a early leak of the game data and also a PS3 and X360 release soon, if I were to guess, no doubt they are also selling the console versions of the game.)
