If you switch between the characters it makes the gameplay far more difficult since Leon is more slow moving character whereas jake is melee heavy and chris (Marcus Phoenix) is shooter so makes things difficult

the core gameplay still stays the same though, playing on veteran difficulty is great since it makes you conserve ammo in every campaign.
it all comes down to stunning the enemies with a few well placed headshots, running up front and finishing them with melee.
i ve been switching between characters on veteran and havent had any problems so far, the game becomes more pew pew action packed with every act for all campaigns.
but, as i said, its all about personal preference.
playing the game either way makes sense, you just have to decide whether you d want
a more consistent game experience, or a more varied one.

I need some help. Not sure what's up.
Spoiler: | The last and final boss of Leon's campaign. How do you beat this bastard..?
I get to the end where they are making a run for the helicopter and the giant fly comes out.
Now I have a cut-scene where it shows the lightning rod getting stuck in a zombie and it shows damage being done to the fly. So I stab a zombie with the lightning rod and wait for the fly to grab it. This of coarse will not happen until I shoot it's leg off. Leon keeps yelling "Aim for the legs." So the leg goes away and it grabs the rod and gets zapped. The fly goes down and it's eyes are now open to attack. So I pull off multiple shots to the eyes and the fly heals itself and I hear the npc's say "This isn't working. Maybe we need to take away it's food supply." What gives....? Ok..so how do I take away it's food supply..? Or stop the zombies from re-spawning..?
I watched a youtube video and two people playing co-op easily took down the fly right after they shot at it's eyes and it died, then the game continued. I tried this boss for 20mins which I thought was overkill and it was wash, rinse, repeat. The boss never died.
Did anyone hear who fought this boss have the characters say "This isn't working." at any time..? It never happened in the youtube video I watched. Needless to say after fighting this boss for twenty minutes, the damn thing should've been dead.
The other thing that kind of pisses me off is that they couldn't come up with more enemies to fight, you have to fight Simmons multiple times and every time you fight him you think "that's it" and they bring him back for more.

Haha jep. And with the inflation in scores which only can be found in game ratings, I would say some of those review scores should be taken and halfed.

i fucking dont get it, this game is (due to some acts) closer to the older resident evil titles than re5 and its also a better game overall taking everything in account.
the only thing worse than in re5 are the graphics, this aspect alone doesnt warrant such low scores.
this game in coop is some of the most fun i ve had in a long time, seriously fuck these reviews.
scores of 3-5/10? yea, see you next time when you give the new cod a 9/10...

Bullshit... I'm no RE fanboy at all, but RE6 is miles better than Inversion in every aspect. Dunno what these guys are smoking, but there is one thing for sure I can say now about reviews : try the game and have your own opinion.
As somebody stated earlier, the very same people that bash RE6 will put 9.5/10 at CoD Black Ops II... And it's also a lot better than RE5 IMO, which had good reviews...

The game is far from perfect but didn't Gamespot even rate it lower then the garbage Raccoon City?
I think the game are very up and down. The QTE goes over board at times, and Chris chapters are very much like a worse GoW while Leons are somewhere inbetween RE4 and RE5, Weskers I haven't played yet though. But in a sense I think Capcom tried to please all players, and that might have blew up in their face...

Please don't bring that: but they rated cod 9/10 and other shit. Scores are bad way to represent quality as it is and comparing games is useless.
I will wait for giantbomb review but what Brad said on I love mondays didn't sound to optimistic.
Timeshift or The Darkness also had medicore scores and those are among my favs.

Normally I'd agree with not comparing games and their scores. But I think it was somewhat legitimate in this case because both was RE-games that got released pretty close to each other.
But I agree with Timeshift and The Darkness. I liked those games too and they didn't have very high scores.

As long as Diablo 3, StarCraft II, World of Warcraft X expansion, and CoD got their 9/10, it's all good. Why are you all complaining about reviewers ?
