I can't belive the hype of the xbox version if it's a simple port then wtf?
BTW xbl = servers (handle a LOT of people)
Kai = personal set up's (yes I can host 50 or more people, I have that connection, hardly think anyone else can do it)
The game, bad sp, bad ai, bad gfx (terrible weapon animations), I finished the sp part, never bothered with mp since I thought the game to be like a standard ebay - fps...

Wtf is this?!?!?
They've improved/redone the whole game?
Fixed the terrible AI
Terrible Weapon animations, character animations+???
What exactly have they "upgraded"
Last time I checked it was marked as a port
Show us a link it's not being a port... |
Black Hawk Down PC = 41x15mb --> 615mb
Black Hawk Down Xbox = 62x50mb --> 3.1gig
Do the fuckin math!!!

Hey Smart ass, I was right
"Teamxbox"
The original PC version of Delta Force - Black Hawk Down released nearly two and a half years ago which makes it hard for the console version to feel overly fresh. Couple the fact that Delta Force - Black Hawk Down for the Xbox is strongly based on the slightly dated PC version with the lack of current U.S. military attention in Africa (bigger, Mediterranean and South Asian fish to fry I guess), and the result is a title that lacks a bit of poignancy. The good thing is that Operation Restore Hope was a fascinating campaign in a very unique military setting. Also helping the Xbox version is that, even though it’s a bit dated now, the original PC version of Delta Force - Black Hawk Down was a pretty solid game. You have your basic problems with sketchy A.I. in Delta Force - Black Hawk Down, and some framerate issues from time to time, but for the most part, this is a solidly designed game with a lot to offer. I would have liked to have been able to fly my own helicopters or driven a vehicle or two, but that’s only minor gripe. The key here really is the replication of large-scale PC warfare, and Delta Force - Black Hawk Down does this admirably well. They’ve been hosting online games for a while now, so lag and network problems should never be a concern. The secret to the success of Delta Force - Black Hawk Down will be based on the online communities that get behind it. I’d really like to see how things pan out with fifty player per side in a nearly never-ending map. It’s uncharted waters, but extremely interesting waters nonetheless.

i will play this as i prefer to play on xbox for a few reasons i have it linked upto a BIG tv a Yamaha A1 amp with 6 big speaker and a REL sub add to that i sit on a nice leather sofa and my missis brings me as many cups of tea as i want plus i can include my kids in the game and well thats enough i think. however u kids prolly want to turn the porn off the pc for a few seconds to have a quick look at a good game from time to time but then the keyboard , mouse well lets push the boat a 21" monitor and desk stuffed in the corner on of a back room or bedroom/attic is a lonely world eh mind u im sure u have millions of cyber friends.
As for framerate, the 360 version runs smooth, while the PS3 is a jaggy mess that chugs along in slow motion.

Well I guess this game wouldn't have no life in my catalouge of games then. that is what bothered me about battlefronts only two player split screen system link. Why game companies don't realize that people want to be able to chill with there friend once and a while.
