Amp shields add damage to any shots fired while your shields are full.

I could easily be sporting orange upgrade capacities on most slots except for the bank, AR and sniper rifles... 
EDIT: Oh sorry cracker, missed your answer. Well, it would be cool if maya could also use them for teh powers, but IIRC lilith consumes the unrefined ore and not the bars... me thinks

Sorry; it has a higher chance of dropping off of Hunter Hellquist (yeah, that dick radio guy) - he's in the Arid Badlands. He's fast to farm since he's so close to the spawn spot.

how can i get more gold keys? I already did a ini edit for 5 keys. Used 1 and now i want a couple more but when i change the key amount again, the number of keys i have doesnt change anymore. It stays on 4 keys.

It's a Steam function, it saves to your Steam account ready for upload.

I think this is my third Orange weapon now. I found Sledge's Shotgun as well and I'm pretty sure I had another Orange weapon, but I can't remember what it is.

Don't worry, you'll meet the gentleman again soon enough - so you won't miss the quest. And yeah.. the game does need a spot of optimisation, it's not just the PhysX causing trouble but also some of the maps can cause framerate to drop when you look in certain directions.
