Despite it's flaws, and there are some, I absolutely LOVE this game.

Every quest is worth it, even just for the dialogue.
If you don't like sidequesting and backtracking, then i guess BL1 wasn't a thing for you either

What i gathered from his post is that he doesn't like unnecessary long side quests which has no worthwhile rewards. I agree. Most sidequests are ok, but some are way too long and doesn't reward you for it, other than xp of course.

Yup, i generally agree. I do understand though if some don't care about non essential dialogue.

I started to rush it now towards the end, skipping a lot of sidequests since their level is way below mine. I guess i also got slightly bored with wave after wave of same.

I'm saving most of the sidequests for the second playthrough so I'll still have something new to look for.
Speaking of sidequests, has anyone done Capture the Flags in Sawtooth Cauldron? Those generators don't have durability worth a damn, there's just too many mobs all around the thing taking potshots from behind every cover that I simply can't kill them all before it borks out.

ROFL the comment on that YT vid, someone replied to me after i wrote:
Quote: | I play support siren and heal and provide support/resses, gunzerker friend went tank and we geared him up, he takes all damage and runs into groups. Then the other 2 play commando and assassin.
So far i think it all works really nice together and we didn't actually had any problems with backing eachother up with the skills we have.
We played BL1 around 3-4 times and we all agree that this is a massive improvement towards the other. True that it's the same most of the time, but it's co-op |
And this is some random guy his response:
Quote: | You do know that the game goes faster if you dont assign roles for each other. its fun to simulate a role playing game but in this game it is not needed for the more damage you do the faster it goes. so if you all grap a gun you like no matter of the class you are and only pay attention which element you use against an enemy. Thats the fastest, easiest and the way it was designed to play. |

God damn it, NOW? NOW a player mod comes out when I'm at the end of the game? Grumble.

Doesn't that make the enemy too hard though, if you set to 4 players?

More BL2 co-op today
Decided to post it there, as it was quite an amount of screenshots
But this one deserves a full screenshot in this topic:

Borderlands 2 is awesome as a single player game. I don't play co op.
Then again I loved the 1st one too as a single player game.

The game has a rather odd issue on my PC, check the screens below:
Spoiler: | |
Anyone with the same issue ?
It appears that explosions and other effects cause that, the vfx get stuck on that portion until reloading the game or joining another portion of the map.

You're not alone and it's the game. Many people have this. Including me and 2 of my Co-Op buddies. Check the Gearbox forum. Alt-Tab removes it temporarily too.

Spoiler: | Standing directly to the front of that entrance, and then following to your right a bit you will find a relatively hidden staircase that will lead you a stair to the top of the main building; if you continue around you will see a spot where the metal grate that stands as a sort of a window is broken.
Looking inside you will immediately see a switch in the distance, just shoot that mofo and return to the first entrance |

Which injector or modifications did you use?
I checked the rest of the shots and they look quite crisp.

I'm stuck with the Mighty Morphin quest, no press "X" shows up near the insects, neither I find big ones which could evolve or something, watched a walkthrough of 15 minutes, didn't understand a shit :/
